1/4-150, what does this mean? I can’t figure it out

There’s no need to specify it; just call it a pressure gauge.
The on-site pressure gauge is used to read the displayed values; so why do you list the model of the pressure gauge? Do you also need to include the instrument model when reading the measurement values on site at your factory?
The 1/4-150 designation for this tee connection refers to 1/4\" with a pressure rating of 150 pounds; the diameter of the gauge is what needs to be known
Axial pressure gauge YZ, 1/4 thread, 150 dial diameter? I’ve never seen it; if the outer diameter is over 100, shouldn’t it be M20*1.5?
Each manufacturer has different models; for your convenience, you can also create one of your own
One can’t make things up either; domestic models all have identical parts in their numbering
