Question about error 11 in the ABB locator

Simply put, when the error11 fault alarm occurs, the voltage at both ends of the power terminals of the locator is 5V, while the voltage measured at the disconnected terminals is 20V. The main problem is that its performance is inconsistent; occasionally this fault alarm appears. I would like to know the reason for this.
