I don’t know how to make the pump shut down automatically after a certain amount of material has been measured using a scale; I’m new to this, so I hope experts can help me out.
1. Stop the pump automatically based on quality； A weighing device is needed ； 2. Based on flow rate, there are devices with low flow rates (mass flow rate) ； 3. When pressure and flow rate are constant, it is possible to consider shutting down the pump at regular intervals.
Provide the digital signal through a secondary meter
A measuring device is necessary to send a signal to the PLC, which in turn sends a signal to the pump to control its start and stop.
