According to Document No. 88 of 2013 issued by the Safety Supervision Department, it is necessary to conduct inspections and verifications before putting into use the instrument automation control systems in newly built (renovated or expanded) facilities as well as those in facilities undergoing major repairs; such inspections are also required before restarting an instrument automation system that has been out of use for a long time. Does anyone have this inspection checklist? I would also like to ask what the maximum period for which a system can remain out of use is
