A reactor, about 5 square meters. The upper part is the circulating feed inlet, the lower part is the discharge outlet, with stirring. It contains liquid phosgene as well as organic solvents, and its density still changes. I’d like to ask everyone: what type of level gauge is used to control the liquid level in this reactor?
It’s too difficult. Have you considered radio frequency admittance?
Having understood the hazards of phosgene media, can such level gauges be used?
Glass tube level gauges are prohibited for use with phosgene……

Can’t the float be used? Select the float based on the parameter with the lowest density
Isn’t there now a type of glass panel with safety features to prevent leaks?
