Are there any brands of mass flow meters for measuring very small flow rates?

The measurement medium is a liquid with a density of 1220 kg/m3, a diameter of 1/2 inch, and a mass flow rate range of 6 to 55 kg/h.
This isn’t considered a low-flow rate; both MicroMotion and Yokogawa offer mass flow meters for low flows, which are typically used in the pharmaceutical industry. Those with a lower measurement range may have slightly poorer accuracy.
Conductive liquid 2.5mm diameter electromagnetic flowmeters can also be measured!
