I’ve been working on a project recently, and the process requires separating the medium in the storage tank into layers before pumping them out separately. There are three layers of medium in the storage tank: water at the bottom, an emulsion layer in the middle, and a solvent layer (butyl acetate) on top. How can instruments be used to distinguish between these three media? Now the owner says to observe the clarity of the medium and the foam with the naked eye. Is it possible to achieve this with instruments? Could you recommend any manufacturers of such instruments? Thank you very much.
