As indicated in the title, our factory is planning to relocate. Now, all the storage tanks in the tank area are required to be equipped not only with two different types of remote level gauges (radar and differential pressure) but also with an on-site level gauge; The current issue is that the height of the storage tanks ranges from a minimum of 5 meters to a maximum of 20 meters ; What type of on-site level gauge should be chosen to meet the requirements? ? ? I used magnetic flip plates before, but at a height of 20 meters, if the flip plate at the middle 10 meters flips over, it’s impossible to fix it manually using magnets, which makes maintenance inconvenient. I would be very grateful if experts could give some guidance; it would be great if there could be diagrams or explanations of the principle. Thank you so much!
The 2nd floor is correct; I’ve seen tank areas used in this way. Flip panels are indeed difficult to maintain; at that height, safety is a major issue. It is difficult to maintain heights over 5 meters.
This really works, but you have to read it backwards.
Our 7-meter tank magnetic flap valve is equipped with a remote-level gauge, and there is an interface at 3.5 meters; the float always gets stuck at that level.
You can use the radar to provide indication next to the tank, or employ a digital display
