Could any experienced engineer provide some guidance? When calibrating the Rosemount 3051RES, the 475 handheld device cannot locate the transmitter on the low-pressure side, and the DCS is unable to read the differential pressure value.
Check the wiring directly; the A and B terminals of the master and slave instruments are connected in a cross pattern, not in parallel
Thank you for the reply from the second floor; the wiring on site was correct and the problem has been resolved. Let me share our experience in handling this: use a manual controller to switch between the high-voltage and low-voltage sides, then switch back, and the device will be found. This is also a troubleshooting method provided in the 3051ERS user manual.
