Measuring explosion-proof thermocouples for hot water tanks

Are there any recommendations for explosion-proof thermocouples with a cell depth of 1.5 meters? The measurement accuracy isn’t very high; it’s mainly for reference purposes. The pool is 1.5 meters deep. One manufacturer recommended a submersible type for use, with a cable length of 2 meters. The price seems to be in the thousands – is that a bit too high? . . Are there any other recommendations that can withstand temperatures of 100 degrees?
What is a medium? The main thing is to choose the material for the sleeve; at 100°C, any PT100 will do.

If there are no strict requirements, just go with the most basic version that comes with a sleeve; any ordinary factory will do. The technical specifications don’t need to be very high. If you don’t need a cable, you can simply buy one that’s longer – choose the option that’s cheapest
Buy a glass thermometer; it costs just a few dollars. How about using a rope to guide it along the bottom of the pool?
Make the armor longer, extending all the way to the bottom of the pool. Hehe
Do I need to take more measurements? Is there mud at the bottom of the pool?
