What tools or equipment does everyone’s company use for disassembling and assembling spring-type pneumatic piston actuators? Please share your thoughts: we have been using single-threaded bolts to gradually relieve the spring pressure, but this method is quite time-consuming, and the bolts get damaged after a few uses. I hope someone can recommend some better tools!
Could you send a video? It would be more intuitive to go by visuals. The material issue of the filament bolts used in existing methods. Uneven stress is also the main cause of bolt damage.
It is recommended that those who are not professionals do not attempt to disassemble it – it is extremely dangerous!
