The E+H PMP51 pressure gauge is installed in the pressure tapping pipe at the pump outlet; a constant pressure of 0.3 MPa is maintained in this pipe. The pressure reading is normal when the pump is not in use, but error F062 is indicated regarding a sensor connection issue when the pump is started. The gauge outputs a value of 1 MPa at its full scale. Measurements taken while the gauge was removed and the air compressor was in operation showed normal readings. The pump has a power rating of 55 KW. The power cable for the gauge and the power cable for the pump are run separately, with a signal isolator installed between them. Does the operation of the pump affect the readings of the pressure gauge?
Is there any expert who can come and analyze this?
If the pressure gauge isn’t properly grounded, could there be problems installing it next to a large motor?
