I have a question regarding mass flow meters!

The mass flow meter of LZYN Yino is showing normal flow rates in the field, but no flow value is displayed on the DCS; there should be no issues with the wiring. It operates on a four-wire system with 24V power supply and is connected to a safety barrier. I’d like to ask what needs to be set for the flow meter; I’ve already set all the basic options. Gentlemen, please share your opinions???? I’m humbly seeking your advice????
The four-wire system does not require power from a card; check whether the positive and negative connections are reversed
Is there a signal at the output site? If available, no safety barrier is needed; the signal goes directly into the card holder
Putting everything else aside, for a four-wire mass flow meter, what type of safety barrier should you use?
