Has anyone experienced working with industrial network gateways?

Some of the systems in our factory use Hilscher, Siemens, and Zhejiang University Control Systems. The boss wants all the control system data to be available on mobile phones for viewing only; there is no need to be able to control them from those devices. There should be flowcharts and things like that. I’ve contacted a few manufacturers, and the costs are quite high. I found out that an industrial network gateway is needed, but the manufacturers refuse to explain how to create one. Is there anyone here who can give some guidance? 1. Does every system require corresponding OPC software to connect to the network gateway? 2. Can it be customized to determine which server the data passed through the network gateway should be sent to?
Money has to be spent! It’s not just a simple matter of network gateways; for several control systems, it is necessary to be able to view data and flow diagrams on mobile devices. This requires that all data be transmitted via OPC to an upper-level management system (MES, ERP). Additionally, such an upper-level system needs to have a mobile interface, and it must be able to retrieve data from various DCS systems, generate flow diagrams, and perform data analysis.

Technical support requires a lot of equipment, and network security also needs to be taken into account – all of this comes at a cost. I guess your boss thinks it’s as simple as watching surveillance footage on a smartphone at home~ haha~
1. An OPC server is definitely necessary; if the relevant license wasn’t included when the system was purchased, extra money will have to be spent on it. 2. After the data is published through an OPC server, not everyone has mobile client software that supports the OPC protocol; if custom development is undertaken, it incurs significant costs. 3. But none of the above is the most important; what really matters is industrial network security. The whole world is focusing on industrial information security. Has your factory passed the local network security classification assessment? Uploading factory data to the Internet is a serious matter; your network security devices and systems need to meet **the required standards**.
