The photo shows a partial view of the upper left corner of the DCS cabinet in the control room; there are two redundant circuits. Is that two circuits in total or three? Can the host computer be connected without a switch, by simply plugging the network cable into the position indicated by the arrow? Is the DIP switch compartment in the lower left corner? Open the cover; inside there is a dial switch. Is it similar to a password lock? Viewed from the lower right corner, how many IO modules can this controller be expanded to connect, and what is the total number of IO modules that can be connected? Does the IO bus here refer only to that short section connecting IO-BUS and the IO module?
Why not use a switch? They had a switch in their cabinet
The K-CU01 main controller module can only communicate with K-series IO modules, supports a maximum of 100 slave units, and the station address range is from 10 to 109. What was said above is incorrect
Is the station address the number of the IO module?
I’ve never seen a switch inside the cabinet; switches are always placed outside
