Let’s discuss the following topics; active participation is welcome. 1: What are the requirements regarding flange standards when purchasing imported valves? If HG20592B is used, can the imported manufacturer implement it? II: Will it have an impact if the importing manufacturer adopts the DIN standard?
Currently, the ASME B16.5 standard is commonly used. Within the standards for chemical industry flanges, HG20615 was developed specifically to correspond to the American standard, and most flange dimensions can match accordingly; By the way, the same is true for HG20592, which corresponds to European standards.
The 2nd floor is the correct choice, but it’s necessary to coordinate well with the equipment and piping specialists; otherwise, there will be serious problems when installation time comes.
What I mean is this: I need to purchase valves. The pipes in our factory are definitely made to HG20592 standards, and that’s no problem. But I want to buy valves that are entirely imported – not those that are imported brands but assembled domestically. I need the valve manufacturers to produce flanges that comply with the HG standards. Do they have the capability to do that? Will they agree to use this H national standard? (This involves mold-making issues for valve manufacturers; they may not develop a new mold just to fulfill one order.) Have you encountered this situation before?
First, we put forward requirements that the other party cannot meet, but yet we still want their product; in such cases, we have no choice but to adjust our own standards, by modifying only the relevant parts. We have encountered this situation before.

HG already has certain standards that correspond to European, American, and other standards, so there is no issue of not meeting any requirements. But if pipeline standards have already been established, and flanges cannot be manufactured in accordance with those standards, then why insist on using purely imported ones?
