Our factory has been using Yino mass flow meters for 3 years, and recently they have started to experience frequent drops in reading, as shown in the diagram; sometimes the readings drop to zero, which severely affects production. Some of these flow meters even have interlock functions. The flow meter itself has been checked, the loose plates have been replaced, and the wiring has been inspected, but the problem still persists. May I ask the experts how to solve this problem? 1 Is the connection between the sensor and the transmitter integrated or separate? In the case of a separate connection, oxidation and loosening of the connectors between the sensor and the transmitter can occur; coupled with pipeline vibrations, this can lead to poor contact and thus abnormal flow rates. 2. Quality issue with the flow meter itself; replace it with a new one for comparison (preferably a product from another manufacturer)
