Is this the correct way to take pressure readings for liquid level measurement in horizontal tanks?

The figure shows a horizontal tank, with the liquid level being measured using a double-flange level gauge. But is this method of taking pressure readings on the positive pressure side correct?
The pressure tapping method on the positive-pressure side and the negative-pressure side is the same: it starts from the bottom center of the tank, followed by a section of elbow pipe, and then leads to the double-flange diaphragm box.
There is a question: if there is a liquid level, does the distance from the elbow on the positive pressure side to the bottom of the tank need to be taken into account? If so, what is the purpose of designing the pressure measurement in this way?

You can simply set a range of 20% to 80% of the current scale as the desired range; this will correspond to the upper and lower pressure limits, which can then be set to 20% and 80%
I don’t see any problem; the measurement range of a double-flange level gauge is independent of the installation height of the gauge indicator.
