In the DCS system control, a remote-transmission flow meter PT101 is installed on the feed pipeline of the multi-functional filter, which is interlocked with the feed pump P101 (variable frequency) to ensure quantitative feeding. This is not for interlocked start/stop control; it is used to control the amount of material fed in, that is, the flow signal is interlocked with the frequency of the inverter. Do you know how to draw this? A sketch or something similar will do. Thanks in advance!
This isn’t considered interlocking; it’s just PID control. It’s sufficient to draw a PID block to illustrate it, clearly marking PV and SV
