Electrical load classification for instruments and control systems

The design specifications for power supply of chemical process instruments specify that instrument power supply is classified into important loads within category one and category three loads. I would like to ask everyone: how do you determine the load classification for the projects in the chemical industry? Since there are different levels of risk in chemical processing, is it always treated as important loads of category one?

Basically, except for 20509-2014 3.1.2, the power used by instruments all falls under the category of particularly important loads within the first-level load classification. This post has nothing to do with the power supply level of the instrument. Power used for production is related to production activities
