This year, I have decided to prepare for the second-level construction engineer certification exam and to upgrade my educational qualifications. Alas! Roll up your sleeves and get to work! Taking the opportunity of the company introducing TnPM, it’s a good time to learn more about *equipment management! Our maintenance work mainly involves annual major overhauls and technical upgrades; the tasks are heavy and the workload is large, so we have to work overtime to complete them: we carried out technical upgrades to enhance the safety measures of the liquid ammonia storage tanks in a certain workshop, including the installation and testing of accident shut-off valves ； In a certain workshop, as part of the technical upgrade related to the use of ammonia in Haihong processes, mass flow meters were installed and calibrated ； Technical upgrade of vacuum pumps in the pressure swing adsorption process of a certain workshop: installation and commissioning of an oxygen analyzer ； Prepare the overhaul plan and schedule for a certain workshop for 2017 ； Prepared the application and feasibility study report for the technological upgrade of three-immersion level measurement in the synthesis waste boiler of a certain workshop ； The most tedious part is preparing and submitting the monthly plans, followed by receiving the goods, conducting inspections, and then shipping them out. The biggest hope is to pass the engineer assessment successfully this year and obtain the technician certificate! Let’s keep working hard in 2018!
