How should this type of flow meter from Emerson be handled?

There was an A102 alarm; I removed the flow meter and found no impurities. I checked the wiring box and saw no terminal short circuits, and I tested the coil resistance as well – there were no open circuits.

Thank you so much! I’ve found it now – there’s another unit with a larger measurement range nearby; ours is a split-type unit, and the communication cable connecting it was connected in the wrong way, which is why the requirements aren’t met even when the tank is full. Thank you!
Are these two alarm issues present all the time, or do they occur occasionally? Can the flow meter function normally most of the time?
If even the wiring can be connected incorrectly, then at such a technical level one can only go around asking for help. The basic skills aren’t solid enough.
The technical skill here is really impressive; back where we are, such things would result in a severe punishment
