The negative terminal block of the 24V power supply has 6V AC voltage with respect to ground or the cabinet rails

Dear teachers, for the SIS cabinets, the positive and negative terminals of the 24V power supply generate 6-14V AC voltage across the cabinet rails or grounding terminals, while other SIS cabinets show 0.5V AC voltage. Is there a problem with the power supply module? This is a Weidmüller power supply module; after replacing it with 2 Siemens power supply modules, no alternating current could be detected. 2. SIS configuration: it is possible to choose to maintain the instrument in case of a fault. Can this option be selected?
1. This is standard casing leakage, right? We can have Weidmüller bring a new one; just take this one back for testing. 2. All parameters and statuses of the SIS need to be determined by the process team, after which the design institute issues the relevant change documents. You can only do the work once you see the document; as for deciding how to make the changes, that’s not within your scope of responsibilities. If you make mistakes and something goes wrong, you might end up in jail, understand?
