The medium is carbon dioxide, a small amount of dust, and the measuring range is 8Mpa. It has been used for less than half a year and the process is in normal use. When it was dismantled and inspected when it was stopped for maintenance, there were holes in the middle of the four diaphragms, and the polishing marks were obvious and the silicone oil leaked out. I don’t know if it’s a man-made incident or a quality problem.
It is not an isolated case that all four units are perforated. It is probably due to a process problem. The flow rate of gas and dust at the diaphragm is high, and the extremely rapid erosion causes damage to the weakest part of the diaphragm.
