May I ask everyone, 1: Is the right-angled wiring for transmitters simply intended to save space? 2. How is the black protective case performing? Is it necessary? Thank you for your reply, boss.
Explosion-proof connectors are large in size, making them unsuitable for transmitters that need to be installed densely; this 90-degree adapter is quite useful.

This is not an explosion-proof connector; it is a wire-extraction connector used when replacing instruments – it allows the wires to be unscrewed and pulled out, and the 90-degree elbow can also be removed. In flammable and explosive areas, it is intrinsically safe, with a safety barrier in front as well.
Is the part that is black and wrapped up an explosion-proof sealed joint? Does that mean intrinsically safe devices don’t need explosion-proof connectors?
