As the title suggests: Do ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler power generation units have a SIS (Safety Instrumented System)? 660WM unit. Coal-fired furnace. I’m not sure what the configuration is now; thanks to the expert for their reply.

May I ask: Is ESD installed in the power plant? With this ESD, will there be any overlap with the FSSS system? With the FSSS system, is ESD no longer needed?

FSSS is normally implemented under DCS and is not an independent system. MFT refers to a function or action of shutting off the main fuel supply, and it also does not constitute a system.
