Grounding of multi-core cables for main screen and split-screen displays

Why are the main shielding wires of the multi-core main cables for total screen and split-screen in the new regulations grounded both at the site and in the cabinet room? Won’t this cause signal interference?
In the junction box, only the main panel is grounded; the sub-panels are connected to the field signal grounding wires that lead to the field. However, the instruments in the field are grounded through the armored layer, so the sub-panels remain single-ended grounded

Standard setters are nothing. Since it is a main panel, it should not be connected to the protective ground, unless it is an armored cable. But actually, it doesn’t make much of a difference, because grounding the split screens will shield the electromagnetic field of the main screen; so as long as the individual split screens are grounded, there’s no problem.
What is this standard, and where can I download it?
The armor, main panel, and enclosure shall be connected to the protective ground, with both ends grounded as close as possible. The branch shield layer serves a shielding purpose; the field end is not grounded, while it is grounded on the control cabinet side, and the wiring box must not be interrupted. If there is no split screen, the main screen is connected to the ground.
