This development is of great significance as it helps advance the control systems used at Zhongke Refining & Chemicals from advanced control levels to intelligent control levels, serving as a positive example for the adoption of such systems in Sinopec’s chemical plants. The control circuits of ethylene plants are numerous and complex. This system features one-key switching control, valve operation, automatic load adjustment, and other functions. Through intelligent control technology, it enables the production plants to move from basic control to multi-variable precision control, thereby significantly improving the level of intelligent operation of the plants and allowing for automatic regulation throughout the entire process, which helps ensure stable operation.
