If the structure and location of the process pipeline supports permit it, the cable tray brackets can be directly welded or fixed to the process supports. This ensures the stability and reliability of the cable tray. If the structure or location of the process pillar does not allow for direct mounting of the cable tray supports, structures such as suspension rods or cantilever supports can be used to hold the cable trays in place. These supports need to be designed and installed according to specific conditions to ensure their stability and safety. During installation, attention must be paid to the levelness and verticality of the cable tray to ensure that the cables can be laid and secured smoothly within it. At the same time, attention must also be paid to the distance and relative position between the cable trays and the process pipelines, in order to avoid mutual interference or damage.
