Why does the electric door stop operating after just a few seconds when switched on site?

There are two electric doors at the site. When operated locally, they open or close, then stop after a few seconds; attempting to operate them again also results in them stopping after a few seconds. I’m not understanding this – please provide some guidance.
There might be a problem with the setting, or there could be a mechanical failure

The on-site momentary operation shown on your LED screen – go to the system menu and check if there is an option similar to hold. If it’s not this issue, try increasing the torque. With limited capabilities, I can only think of these two possible reasons.
