Seeking advice on Honeywell PKS synchronization issues

The Honeywell PKS C300 controller CC-PCNT02 is experiencing synchronization failure for alarms. Upon inspection, the status turned yellow; the following actions were taken: 1. Manual synchronization, which was unsuccessful. 2. Spare parts were used to replace the auxiliary controller; the controller could power on normally, but synchronization was still not achieved. 3. Find a normally working auxiliary controller and switch to it, but synchronization is still not possible. 4. Move the auxiliary controller that cannot synchronize to another one; it can be powered on normally, synchronization is successful, and online plugging and unplugging can be carried out without issues. The problem now is that this controller can only operate alone, losing its redundancy feature and the ability to switch over; if the main controller is damaged, it will shut down the system. What’s concerning is that after shutdown, all the instruments connected to this controller will become uncontrollable, making it impossible to carry out the basic operational procedures required for shutdown. I wonder if any of you experts have encountered this problem? I would appreciate your guidance
Check communication status: Verify whether the communication link between the controller and the server or other devices is intact. Check whether the network connection, cable connection, and device configuration are correct. If there is a communication failure, try to reconfigure the network devices or fix the connection.
Thank you. I’ve tried it, but it still doesn’t work. The base plate seems to be fine as well. Honey said it might be a BUG and that a patch is needed.
Contacting the after-sales technical staff as soon as possible should be the fastest solution
If patches are needed, then why don’t other controllers experience synchronization issues? There is a network cable with a heartbeat line between the two controllers; could it be that this cable is the problem?
We checked it ourselves, and Honey also checked it; it was confirmed that a patch is needed.
