Honeywell: Another strategic acquisition announced – Recently, Honeywell announced the acquisition of the Li-ion Tamer business from Nexceris. This acquisition once again demonstrates Honeywell’s strategic commitment to driving growth and advancing its technological capabilities through mergers and acquisitions, further strengthening its leading position in the field of fire safety technology within its building automation business. Chint: Delivered three data center projects in the Philippines. Recently, Chint completed the core power supply projects for three data centers in the Philippines, using innovative technologies to support the implementation of projects such as HIVE and Converge. Prefabricated power modules enabled efficient delivery within 30 days; custom outdoor box-type substations helped overcome the challenges posed by tropical environments; and low-voltage power distribution solutions facilitated the construction of data centers that meet dual certification standards. Leveraging the opportunities offered by the Belt and Road Initiative and RCEP, Chint is establishing itself as a benchmark for Chinese technology going global through localized services, modular delivery, and industrial chain collaboration, thereby providing a \"technology + ecosystem\" framework for global competition.

Eaton Electric: New CEO announced. Recently, Craig Arnold, the former CEO of Eaton Electric, retired after serving in that role for 9 years, and Paulo Ruiz will take over his position. ABB: Ranked on Time Magazine’s “World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2025” List Recently, ABB performed exceptionally well in Time Magazine’s selection of the “World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2025,” securing 14th place and ranking third among all companies in Switzerland across various industries. Conducted jointly by Time magazine and Statista, this ranking assessed more than 5,000 influential large enterprises around the world, taking into account factors such as revenue, market value, and popularity. Schneider Electric: New manufacturing plant in India – Recently, Schneider Electric announced that it will build a new information technology manufacturing plant in India, covering an area of 500,000 square feet. Located in the Horizon Industrial Park, this factory is another step by Schneider in its efforts to enhance local manufacturing and strengthen supply chain resilience on a global scale, with the aim of increasing production capacity for key products in the fields of energy and automation. The new factory will focus on the manufacturing of battery management systems (BMS) and related products, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power distribution units (PDU), cooling equipment, and electronic accessories.

Siemens: Accelerating its AI efforts – Recently, Siemens appointed Vasi Philomin as Executive Vice President and Head of Data and AI Services; he will accelerate the development and implementation of end-to-end AI products once he takes up his role. He formerly served as Vice President of Generative AI at Amazon, where he led the strategy for AWS’s AI products and the development of Amazon Bedrock. Siemens currently has 35 AI applications, including Industrial Copilot, and will go on to drive the development of industrial large models under its leadership. With over 20 years of experience in technical leadership and more than 100 U.S. patents, he will report to Siemens’ CTO, Peter Koerte.

FANUC: Receives “Platinum” rating for sustainability from EcoVadis in 2025.
