What programs are there for SIS system tasks? For example, instrument interlock work tickets – what other types of work tickets are there? What formats are they all in?
There isn’t a fixed format for this; generally, it includes the details of the work to be carried out, who applied to disable/re-enable the interlock system, who will carry out the task, followed by signed acknowledgments from various supervisors in separate sections.

Both temporary cutout interlock tickets and work tickets are required
