Both red LEDs on the Triconex DO card are lit – what does that mean? Is there a fault?
You should look up some information on this topic; it seems that there should be a signal at these two points, hehe
I’m talking about the lights on the circuit board, the one with the connections. It’s not a system hardware issue
The red light indicates that an action has been taken; if another DO is added, three lights will be on, haha

The connector card is called ETP; when the indicator light next to the fuse turns red, it means that the corresponding fuse is damaged. If the channel light on the DO card installed in the rack is red, it indicates that the circuit is ON; if it is not lit, the circuit is OFF
The ETP boards for DI/DO usually have fuses, with indicator lights right next to them. A red light indicates two things: 1. The fuse has blown, 2. The circuit is connected. In the case of a DO board, the channel has an output, but the fuse has blown ； If the channel has no output and the fuse is blown, the red light will not turn on either. The principle is the same for DI boards.
Check if the card is inserted properly; I have used it before. But such a problem did not occur

When you say the light is on, do you mean the FAULT status indicator light is on? If so, you should use TRICONEX’s dedicated diagnostic software, ENDM (Enhanced Diagnosis Manager), to obtain fault information, thereby making an accurate determination of the true cause of the fault. If the fuse burns out, there is a LED indicator on the ETP; if it lights up, the fuse needs to be replaced. It is also possible to determine whether there is voltage by using a multimeter.
