OP, I really don’t understand what type of process package you’re looking for. As far as I know, Saidi uses pressurized fixed-bed coal gasification technology (which does not yet have a patent), while Texaco uses coal slurry gasification technology; that technology now belongs to General Electric in the United States. There is no connection between Saidi and Texaco at all； Furthermore, the process package is a core product of the technology patent holder, and it is through this that they generate profits. No one will distribute it randomly, and no one dares to do so; it involves breaches of confidentiality agreements, and legal consequences will follow. If you want this item, you can go and ask the head or deputy head of the workshop in your department; there is definitely one available in the department’s workshop.

Saiding does not possess the Texaco gasification process package, while GE does. If your plant’s gasification unit uses the Texaco gasification process, you can check with the technical department or the archives. But I believe it’s not necessary for you to go through the entire process documentation; you can just borrow those related to your own specialty.
First of all, thank you for your reply. I guess what I meant was that the term “process package” is a bit too broad; in fact, what our company uses is Texaco water-coal slurry. The process flow diagram was originally designed by Siedel, but in the end everyone ended up using the diagrams developed by Northwest Institute. So, we’re looking for a more complete version of the flow diagram created by Siedel in order to use it for training the employees.
It seems that your gasification technology isn’t that of Texaco, but rather the multi-feed slurry gasification technology developed by the Northwest Research Institute. The process packages are available only to those who hold the patent rights for such technologies. As for Saiding, it merely acts as a design firm that converts the process packages into design drawings and specifications; it does not possess the process packages itself
