At present, the maximum coal feeding rate for pulverized coal gasifiers is likely 3,000 tons per day. If the coal feeding rate is increased further, would it be feasible to do so without expanding the coal powder pipelines? And who knows what the maximum capacity of the coal transport pipelines is at the moment? Are there any that are in operation or under investigation? Thank you!
3,000 is probably the highest! Once the furnace’s capacity is determined, the associated pipelines and equipment will naturally be matched to it, with consideration given to operational flexibility.
The pipeline is in good condition; there should be enough head for the flow rate. In the case of coal dust, the capacity of equipment such as pneumatic conveying compressors and dust collectors needs to be appropriate
