At present, the main structure and secondary structures of the civil engineering benzene elution unit have been completed, the internal and external wall plastering is finished, 95% of the equipment foundations have been built, and 90% of the pipe rack steel structures have been installed ； The main structure and secondary structures of the thiamine production process have been completed, the plastering of interior and exterior walls is finished, and 95% of the equipment foundations have been completed ； The welding of the bottom plate of accident tank T03205A for the thiamine installation and sulfur recovery process is 80% complete; the prefabrication of its top plate is 70% done. The welding of the bottom plate of solution circulation tank T03204B is complete, while 30% of the wall panel installation has been finished. The project entered the installation phase at the beginning of July. Given that there were concurrent operations at the site, the project leaders paid close attention to this and set higher requirements. To ensure the orderly progress of construction, the project department carefully organizes the work, ensuring proper planning, adequate staffing, and effective management in all aspects ranging from engineering technology to construction safety and quality. In accordance with the construction schedule set by Party A, the technical staff further refined the construction plan and took effective measures to arrange the work processes in an orderly manner. Regarding the difficulties and uncertainties in the work, the project department promptly submits requests to the owner through work correspondence forms to seek coordination for solutions, and invites the design and supervision units to the site to address the more substantial issues. All employees adhered to the philosophy of putting safety and quality at the core, proceeding with caution at every step and carrying out each task thoroughly, thus ensuring the smooth progress of the construction. It is reported that Jianyuan Company is constructing a project that involves 2.8 million tons per year of coking, along with 250,000 tons per year of coal tar hydrogenation; as well as a facility that uses 64,500 Nm3/h of coke oven gas to produce 240,000 tons per year of ethylene glycol. In March 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the 240,000 tons per year project at Etoke Banner Jianyuan Coal Coking Co., Ltd., which aims to produce ethylene glycol from coke oven exhaust gases. The complete set of technologies for producing ethylene glycol from syngas provided by Shanghai Pujing Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was used, with Hualu Engineering Company handling the engineering design. China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of 2 ethylene glycol production units, the ethylene glycol refining facilities, the intermediate tank area, and the finished product tank area; completion is scheduled for April 2019.
