For a 4.3m coke oven with 2*50 chambers and a coking time of 33 hours, how should a monthly coke pushing schedule be planned? What formula is used to calculate it?
It’s deceptive – it takes 33 days to complete one full cycle, which consists of 24 smaller cycles. The actual coking time is 33 hours; you’d better keep an eye on the discharge. Even if it’s discharged through the large cycle, k2 won’t increase much. If you need 32 hours, then there is a cycle of 12 days, which consists of 9 smaller cycles (12*24=32*9). Within each cycle, the maintenance time can be divided into several segments; each such segment should be delayed by 8 hours (32-24)
The least common multiple of 33 and 24 is 264. 264/24 = 11; a full cycle takes 11 days. 264/33 = 8 (assuming coking occurs every 33 hours, 8 batches of coke can be produced per full cycle). 8*2*50 = 800 (in total, 800 batches of coke are produced over one full cycle). 264/8 = 33 (one full cycle consists of 33 shifts, with each shift lasting 8 hours)
800/33 = 24.24 (24.24 batches per shift). 8*60 – 24.24*10 = 240; 240/60 = 4 (if one batch takes 10 minutes, then a shift consists of 4 hours of production and 4 hours of maintenance)
