For the GE gasifier, there is severe leakage of water and slag from the slag handling vehicle at the slag skimming station, which results in extremely poor hygiene on site. Do you have any good suggestions?
Keep flushing the floor to prevent debris from accumulating.
1. Find a way to reduce the water content, by using a vibrating screen or setting up a temporary slag yard to control the water level. 2. The lifting section of the slag skimmer is extended to reduce moisture. 3. Make the slag trucks fully enclosed. 4. Change the slag transport route so that there is no leakage on the main roads
Special vehicles are used, with the bottom of the vehicles modified to be enclosed.
