The liquid oxygen produced by air separation is used for gasification; is there enough liquid nitrogen, or is there some excess that can be exported?
If there is ammonia synthesis in subsequent processes for internal use, it cannot be fully utilized as a utility, so selling it externally is the best option.
This is related to the design of air separation; there is usually a surplus, and all of this is for external delivery.

It seems there isn’t enough nitrogen; it can be used in other systems as appropriate, or stored in nitrogen tanks for future use
