The gas fan transports the pure coke oven gas from the gas holder to external customers who use gas. Currently, effective isolation devices in the form of \"butterfly valves + sector valves\" are used at the fan’s inlet and outlet. However, according to GB6222-2005 \"Safety Code for Gas Use in Industrial Enterprises\", clause 7.2.4.2 states that \"open-type valve stems and sector valves should be installed outside the factory building; if they are installed inside, they must be at a distance of more than 10 meters from the furnaces.\" The problem now is that the DN1000 gas pipeline, which needs to be installed outside the factory building, takes up a lot of space; there is no place available for its installation at the moment. I would like to ask whether the \"butterfly valve + sector gate valve\" used as an effective isolation device at the inlet and outlet of the fan was selected improperly, or whether it was the right choice but must be installed outdoors. . Hello, I currently have a structure with enclosures at heights above 5.8 meters, while the area below that is open. Butterfly valves and check valves are installed below 5.8 meters. Is this okay? Using it entirely outdoors means that the space required for this fan room is way too large
