There is a lot of debris inside the inlet and outlet valves in the coke oven basement. Is there a good way to clean them without stopping the heating of the coke oven?
There is no good way; it’s best to clean the inlet and outlet valves simultaneously while cleaning the gas pipes in the basement.
The manager wants you to clean the valve without stopping production. Leaders only care about output.
Do you know what these miscellaneous items are? Can they be removed by raising the temperature? If so, a steam heater can be designed to heat the entire valve.
Use diesel or kerosene, and remove it with a scraper
