I’ve been assigned a project design task that requires determining a specific value; I’m hoping everyone here can help! Under normal circumstances, how is the unsaturation of flue gas measured in coal-fired power generation plants? There is no relevant data in the manual; please request it
It refers to the difference between the exhaust temperature of the flue gas and its dew point, right? Alternatively, it can be expressed as the ratio of the SO2 (or H2O) concentration in the exhaust gas to the SO2 (or H2O) concentration at the dew point, represented in P%. Flue gas unsaturation = (100 – P)/100 (%)
