Boilers with a capacity of 110 t/h use gas containing 100–1000 mg/Nm3 of tar, and the tar may not burn completely during combustion. However, the flue gas from boilers is required to be emitted at ultra-low levels (5 mg/Nm3). What dust removal equipment would be suitable in this case?
Excessive dust levels are caused by incomplete combustion, which results in the formation of carbon black. There is no need for special dust removal equipment; instead, there are three methods available: 1. Increase the use of gas and electric tar captors to reduce the tar content in the gas; 2. Increase the proportion of secondary air to ensure complete combustion ; 3. Preheat the gas or provide heat tracing for the gas pipeline to vaporize the coke oven gas. The above three methods should all be able to solve the dust problem
Gas already contains dust, so dust removal equipment is necessary for boiler flue gas. However, if the flue gas contains a certain amount of unburned tar, it becomes difficult to choose the appropriate dust removal equipment
The tar content in this gas is really high; a tar removal device is necessary. Tar also has considerable economic value, so burning it in this way is wasteful and can cause problems with the equipment, leading to blockages.
