May I ask: What is the normal control range for the solid-liquid ratio of the slurry discharged from the clarification tank bottom flow pump? What is the moisture content of the filter cake produced by the vacuum bag filter? What are the available treatment methods, and what kind of equipment is used? What are the options for handling it later on?
With a solid content of 10–15%, the moisture content of the filter cake obtained using vacuum bag filtration is generally around 60%. Currently, there are methods such as drying, centrifugation, and co-firing in boilers; there is no approach that requires little investment yet yields high returns.
May I ask which brand of vacuum bag filter performs well, one that can both produce the desired cake product and address issues related to the working environment? Thank you!
Vacuum bag filters from any manufacturer are similar; their moisture content is generally around 60%. Diarrhea, misalignment of the filter cloth, poor factory environment.
