If there is no high-quality coking coal, how can grade 1 or grade 2 metallurgical coke be produced? Moreover, steel mills these days generally require grade 1 or grade 2 metallurgical coke for iron production. Thank you all for your answers!
What type of coke oven do you have, what kind of primary coking coal is used, and what is the proportion? Most steel mills require grade 1 coke or quasi-grade 1 coke, but there are exceptions; for example, Nippon Steel aims for profits as its ultimate goal and uses both grade 1 and grade 2 coke.
