We plan to install a methanol production plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tons, using powder coal gasification; the CO content is 65%, the temperature is 205°C, and the pressure is 3.8 MPa. May I ask the experts if there are any manufacturers that operate similar plants, and how many shift converters do they use? Is there steam addition or a pre-heating waste boiler? Thank you:handshake
With such high CO levels, it should be two-stage conversion.

A new process with temperature control transformation can be used. There is already the manufacturer Anhui Haoyuan in operation, while companies such as Hualu Hengsheng and Luxi Chemical are preparing to start operations.
