The system is equipped with a steam separator; the vapor condensate at the bottom is drained to the steam network at 0.35 MPa through a DN50, PN2.5 steam trap. Last winter, a sand hole appeared in the body of this steam trap. Due to the lack of spare parts, a steam trap with a DN50, PN4.0 specification was installed instead, only to find that the steam drainage pipeline was not functioning properly. I would like to ask experts where the problem lies.
