The total sulfur content in the purified gas obtained through low-temperature methanol washing is less than 50 ppb. After passing through the zinc oxide desulfurization unit (which contains organic sulfur hydrolyzers and desulfurizing agents), the sulfur compound content in the purified gas rises to 80 ppb. Fellow sailors, could you help analyze why this happens?

What type is your desulfurization tank? What is the form of low-methane sulfur emissions? You need to add the above content in order to analyze it properly. .
Was total sulfur measured first, and then thiol and sulfide sulfur? Should total sulfur also be measured for the latter ones?
