Reasons for excessive water content in refined methanol product and solutions? Reasons: ① Cooler leakage; ② Low reflux ratio and high reflux temperature; ③ High flow rate or pressure of the heat source in the reboiler; ④ Elevated temperatures in various layers; ⑤ Low pressure at the tower top. Solutions: ① Repair the internally leaking heat exchanger; ② Increase the reflux rate and lower the temperature of the reflux liquid; ③ Control the amount of heat added to the reboiler as well as its pressure; ④ Reduce the temperatures in each layer to normal levels; ⑤ Direct the output to the crude alcohol tank, and transfer it to the refined alcohol tank once it meets the required standards.

Reasons: ① Cooler leakage; ② Low reflux ratio resulting in high reflux temperature; ③ High flow rate or pressure of the heat source for the reboiler; ④ Abnormally high temperatures in various layers; ⑤ Low pressure at the tower top. Solutions: ① Repair the internally leaking heat exchanger; ② Increase the reflux rate to lower the temperature of the reflux liquid; ③ Control the amount of heat supplied to the reboiler as well as its pressure; ④ Reduce the temperatures in various layers to normal levels; ⑤ After the crude alcohol in the outlet tank meets the required standards, it should be transferred to the refined alcohol tank.
